Athena's Hair Pallas' Return Policy
Refund and exchange requests must be initiated within seven calendar days from receipt. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored on new, unused wigs.
The customer must return the product(s) to Athena's Hair Pallas LLC to process the return.
Please get in touch with me if you purchased your product(s) online or over the phone.
In the return package, please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.
Merchandise must be in original condition.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used, altered, brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft, thinned, or otherwise processed in any way.
Tags and full lace must be intact. Only merchandise that is received with tags and full/uncut/unaltered lace will be returned to the client, with a refund being issued.
